The AirMoney route to market strategy revolves around 3 ideas:

Alongside the above we will be marketing throughout the entire US for maximum exposure. However, where we believe we can have the greatest exposure; our team will be appearing in person to promote AirMoney as outlined in the following pages.
CITY BASED PROMOTIONS
The most effective route to market will involve us targeting the top 5 Us cities for tourism and spending:
New York
Las Vegas
Miami
Los Angeles
New Orleans
Instead of trying to appear in everY city throughout the US we decided the best action to take is to concentrate our attention on where people naturally gather either for vacations/long weekends or country wide events.

#findairmoney Marketing Strategy
This is one of our marketing strategies to drive product excitement and increase our audience reach.
The AirMoney team will base themselves in a city to for a money give-away marketing drive. The marketing drive will include paid advertisements on social media before the event to aid downloads.
At the event, the first 10-20 people to find us in a day who say ‘I've Found AirMoney' will receive a cash transfer into their AirMoney wallet from us. This could be anything from $2 to $200.
#FindAirMoney promotions will be held over multiple days in different spots within a city. With the transfer amounts increasing throughout the week as our audience and social media momentum increases.
The #FindAirMoney strategy excites us the most because it re- enforces our products key feature - proximity based transfers. If you aren't nearby, you can't receive the money.
The Goal
We know that by standing on the streets, doing in-person events we will meet potential users from all walks on life.
Meeting these people face-to-face give us the chance show, in real time, the benefits of AirMoney. Walking them through the onboarding process and watching as AirMoney experience becomes a part of their day-to-day routine.
And lastly we all know that when people see something fun happening on the street you normally get a crowd gathering. Growing our audience is all about meeting our audience and what better way to do this than through #FindAirMoney.
PARTNERSHIPS
We are actively looking and signing business owners who’s trade fits our category. These partnerships are another marketing tool designed to benefit the business owners by offering them heavily reduced withdraw fees as well as in-house promotions via our social media.
Hemi’s Plumbing is a perfect example of this: a growing plumbing company servicing the SF Bay area, they are promoting us as their preferred payment partner with their growing customer base. See our Payment Partners page for more information.
US EVENTS
We plan to attend events and festivals to meet users in a professional capacity but also where AirMoney could help the flow of cash between small businesses attending festivals and attendees.
Our aim is to also create sponsorship agreements with events to help boost attendees awareness of who we are and the problem we solve.
